Welcome to the Best Project Contest 2025! For more than a decade, Timber Build has proudly celebrated the creativity and craftsmanship of our customers. This year, we invite you to showcase your projects featuring our wooden architectural products. If your project was completed by November 23, 2025, we’d love to see it! Submit your best photos through our Best Project Contest Form for a chance to earn fantastic rewards and recognition.

Contest Rules 2025
- Photo Requirements: All submitted photos must feature installed Timber Build (standard or custom) products.
- Submission Guidelines:
- Entries must be submitted using the Online Contest Form link.
- Each entry can include four (4) to six (6) photos. We may request additional photos if the submitted ones are of insufficient quality or need to showcase the project's features adequately.
- Only one (1) entry per project is allowed. Additional projects must be entered using separate forms.
- Deadline: Entries must be submitted by 5:00 PM EDT on Friday, November 23, 2025. No exceptions.
- Selection and Voting:
- Six projects will be selected by Timber Build staff.
- On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, photos and descriptions of these six projects will be posted on Timber Build's Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Entrants will be identified by first name and project ID.
- The project receiving the most online votes combined on Facebook and Instagram (1 Like = 1 vote) by 5:00 PM EDT on Sunday, December 7, 2025, will win the prize for the 2025 Best Project Contest.
- Winners will be announced and notified by email no later than Monday, December 8, 2025.
- Prizes:
- 1st Place: iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Silver
- 2nd Place: iPhone Air 256GB Sky Blue
- 3rd Place: iPhone 17 256GB White
Additional Information:
- Unlocked & Warranty: All phones are unlocked and can be activated with the carrier of your choice. When used in the United States, they include a full manufacturer’s warranty.
- Non-Transferable: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or substitutable. There is no cash equivalent for the prize.
- Prize Substitution: Timber Build reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.
- Eligibility: Current or former employees of Timber Build, their immediate families, and household members are ineligible to enter.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days after voting closes.
- Right to Disqualify: Timber Build reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or contains inappropriate content.
- Responsibility Disclaimer: Timber Build is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues that may affect participation or voting.
- Legal Compliance: The contest is void where prohibited.
- Ownership: All entries, descriptions, and photos become the sole property of Timber Build. Timber Build reserves the right to use, edit, modify, post online, and include these materials in catalogs and advertisements as they see fit.
