Timber Build Extends Return Policy to 60 Days

At Timber Build, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience smoother and more confident—from the moment you place an order to the day your project is complete.

That’s why we’re excited to announce that our return window has been extended from 30 days to 60 days for all standard orders. This update reflects our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

Why We Made the Change

Woodworking projects often take time—from planning and finishing to installation. We understand that sometimes schedules shift, or you might want to double-check how a bracket, corbel, or beam fits your design before finalizing.

By expanding our return period to 60 days, we’re giving our customers the flexibility they need to complete projects without feeling rushed.

This change also brings Timber Build in line with evolving retail standards and ensures that our customers enjoy the same level of service we expect from our own suppliers and partners.

What’s Covered Under the 60-Day Return Policy

Our updated policy applies to all standard, non-custom Timber Build products. That includes our full line of:

• Wood Brackets
• Wood Corbels
• Rafter Tails
• Porch Brackets
• Gable Brackets
• Columns and Mantels

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 60 days of delivery—no questions asked.

Exceptions

Certain made-to-order and custom items remain non-returnable once production has begun, including:

• Custom or special-order projects
• Items purchased under volume or trade discounts
• Select product options with unique dimensions or finishes (for example, 1½" or 2½" thickness in Smooth or Rough Finish)

For these orders, refunds are available only if production has not yet started and may be subject to design or material restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

If you need to make a return, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team at (770) 406-6646 (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
2. You’ll receive an email with your RMA Number and step-by-step instructions.
3. Securely package the item in its original condition and follow the return shipping directions provided.

We make the process straightforward and transparent—because we want you to shop with complete confidence.

Orders Placed Before October 23, 2025

Orders placed prior to this date remain covered by our previous 30-day return policy, which you can view in our TB Policy Archive.
