Timber Build, Inc. (“Timber Build,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit TimberBuild.com, place orders, contact us, or interact with our services (the “Services”).

1) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: name, company, shipping/billing addresses, phone number, email.
  • Commercial Information: products viewed/purchased, order history, preferences, quotes, RMA details.
  • Payment Information: processed by third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Internet/Device Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate location, cookie IDs.
  • Communications: emails, forms, support chats, phone logs, SMS (if opted-in).
  • User Content: reviews, photos, contest submissions.
  • Inferences: preferences or interests derived from other data.

2) Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you, from your devices via cookies and similar technologies, from service providers (e.g., analytics, payment, shipping), marketing partners, publicly available sources, and—if applicable—business customers who order on your behalf.

3) How We Use Information

  • Process and fulfill orders, deliveries, returns, and warranties;

7) “Do Not Sell or Share” (California)

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. California residents may opt out of such “sharing” via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (if present) or by contacting us (see Section 15). We will honor opt-out signals sent by a browser-based Global Privacy Control where feasible.

8) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access/know and obtain a copy of your personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising (“sharing”) and certain profiling/marketing;
  • Appeal our decision regarding a privacy request.

To exercise rights, contact us using Section 15. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

9) Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it per our retention rules.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to remove it.

12) International Visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies for more information.

14) Changes to This Policy
