Wood Brackets Info
Wooden Brackets are crafted from solid Western Red Cedar timber and serve both decorative and structural purposes. They are widely used in interior and exterior applications, including soffits, front entries, porches, columns, gables, and more. Each bracket features a body casing (Body Timber) paired with a supportive brace, offering a bolder, more architectural look than a brace alone. All brackets are available in smooth or rough sawn finishes and can be custom-made to meet your specific requirements. Often used to support roof overhangs, porches, pergolas, balconies, and canopies, they also serve as beautiful accents beneath eaves, under beams, or along walls and ceilings. TimberBuild’s brackets are handcrafted from premium Western Red Cedar—a naturally durable, rot-resistant wood ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Where Are They Used?
Our cedar wood brackets can be found in a wide range of applications, from residential homes to large-scale commercial builds. Common uses include:
- Porch and entryway support brackets
- Gable and eave details
- Roof overhang and soffit support
- Balconies, decks, and pergolas
- Garage door canopies
- Interior beam and mantel accents
Whether your goal is to add curb appeal or structural functionality, our wood brackets are designed to do both—enhancing your project with warmth, depth, and lasting beauty.

Craftsmanship You Can Trust
Every bracket we produce is built by experienced craftsmen using carefully selected wood. Our Western Red Cedar is kiln-dried, appearance-grade, and ideal for finish applications. We offer both smooth sanded and rough sawn finishes, depending on the look you’re after. Brackets are assembled with high-quality fasteners, often reinforced with exterior-grade adhesives, and shipped ready to install.
Why Choose Cedar?
Western Red Cedar offers unmatched stability, resistance to decay, and a beautiful natural grain. It accepts stain and paint exceptionally well and performs reliably in outdoor conditions without warping or splitting. This makes it the ideal species for exterior trim, brackets, and decorative supports.
Built for Beauty and Strength
Our brackets are more than just decorative—when installed properly, many of our designs can bear real structural loads. Whether supporting a beam or simply elevating the style of your facade, TimberBuild brackets bring together timeless form and lasting function.
